Mastering the 8 meter just takes practice and that is what this free position clinic is all about. During the clinic, players will learn to master the following tactics to make them comfortable and confident in their free position abilities.

• Time and Room

• Tucking/sealing/curling

• Jab out

• Quick release

• Fake the shot, find the pass

• Fake run to time and room

• No shot, pass out

We will also breakdown each hash and when to use each one.

This clinic is perfect for intro to intermediate players in grades 3rd-12th
