This podcast is a general sports podcast, where I break down youth sports, athlete development, mindset, parenting in sports, and lessons that apply far beyond lacrosse. If you’re a parent, coach, or athlete trying to navigate today’s sports landscape, this one’s for you.

🌵 Arizona Training Trip — Added Friday Sessions

Quick Arizona update 👇

I’m officially adding Friday as a full training day for both boys and girls, in addition to Saturday and Sunday. We’ll be going all three days with a strong focus on:

• Footwork & dodging
• Shooting & finishing
• Defense & lacrosse IQ
• Competitive reps & scrimmaging

⏳ Registration is closing soon, so if you’re on the fence, now’s the time.
👉 Sign up ASAP and invite a friend — the more players, the better the reps.
