PRIME LACROSSE ACADEMY starts tomorrow!!!

Tryouts are coming up fast… are you ready to stand out? 💪

That’s exactly what Prime Girls Lacrosse Academy is designed for. Starting this Tuesday, August 19th, players will train consistently 3 days a week for 4 weeks to sharpen the skills that coaches look for at tryouts.

Here’s what we’ll cover:

• 🥍 Stick Skills – crisp passing, catching, shooting, and wall ball

• 🏃‍♀️ Footwork & Dodging – speed, agility, and shiftiness

• 🎯 Game IQ – offensive & defensive tactics that show up in scrimmages

• 🏆 Live Play – scrimmaging with real-time feedback

📅 Dates: Aug 19 – Sept 11 (Tues/Wed/Thurs, 6–7:30 PM)
📍 Locations: Irvine & Laguna Woods (rotating fields + wall ball courts)
